We repair windows wherever it makes practical and financial sense. That can include locks, handles, hinges, draughts, seals, dropped or stuck windows and other hardware problems. If a repair is the sensible option, we'll tell you.
Can you repair a misted double-glazed window?
Yes. In many cases, the whole window does not need replacing. If the sealed glass unit has failed, we can replace the complete sealed unit within the existing frame, provided the frame itself is still suitable.
How quickly will I receive my quote?
Once we've completed your property survey and confirmed the specification you want, we aim to provide your quote within 48 hours.
Are your surveyors and installers certified?
Our surveying and installation work is carried out by ASSURE-certified professionals, with building regulations followed where applicable. We are also fully insured.
What guarantees do you offer?
Guarantee periods vary depending on the product and component. Our windows can include a 15-year manufacturer guarantee, glass units 5 years, and handles and hardware 13 months. We'll confirm the applicable guarantees for your chosen products before installation.
Do you fit aluminium as well as uPVC?
Yes. We fit both uPVC and aluminium windows and doors, with a wide choice of styles, colours, finishes and specifications available depending on the property and budget.
What areas do you cover?
Smaller window repairs are mainly carried out around Southport, Birkdale, Ainsdale, Formby, Crosby, Burscough and nearby areas. For new windows, doors and larger projects, we cover a much wider area including Liverpool, West Lancashire, Preston and Manchester.
